What problems do we want to solve?

- Bringing together information that is scattered across the internet and providing impactful, experienced-based advice .
- Using data from real people to build an inarguable case for changing a broken system designed for those that can afford it
- Arguing for a change to the law. We feel having your home left in worse condition than when the tradesperson started is not a criminal, not civil, matter.
- CAST aims to help people understand the process. This understanding empowers them to manage both the process and the relationship with the tradesperson – and be a better customer.
- Build relationships with the good tradespeople. Encourage them to remove the bad apples from their field, promoting trust with customers.
Who are CAST

- We are a victims of rogue traders . Our mission is to help you avoid the hardships we’ve faced.
- We have first hand experience of the limitations of the current system. We understand the emotional distress you or someone you know has endured.
- Our growing team consists of construction project experts. It also includes legal, business, and organisation strategy experts. Government professionals are part of the team as well. All are dedicated to driving change.
- We are building a network of allies including MPs, consumer rights groups, and government departments.
