Uses
We will be using your data in two ways
- CAST can identify patterns over the years. These patterns demonstrate and raise awareness. They show that the system is broken and desperately in need of change.
- To identify additional areas for research.

Validation
We need to ensure the data we use is credible and respected, which is why we validate each submitted survey. The benefits are:
- We may be able to offer support as you navigate your situation with rogue tradespeople. While building our website, we might have useful information not yet published that could assist you.
- We can filter out malicious submissions. This helps prevent rogues or others from attempting to disrupt our efforts. Our goal is to address this unfair and damaging issue.

Security
All survey data is protected under GDPR, which CAST takes very seriously. Volunteers working on survey results must complete GDPR training and strict discretion requirements, before handling any data.
